The first edition of the Synergy program

On the last day of August, we have started the first edition of the Synergy - a Network of cooperation and exchange of experience of high-level officials from Central and Eastern Europe. There are almost 40 participants – Undersecretaries of State, Directors General and Department Directors from Poland and Bulgaria, as well as almost 10 online participants from Hungary and Latvia. We have invited professors associated with IESE Business School, London Business School, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, University of Bamberg and Dublin City University to teach this module. The program is conducted in a hybrid formula.

During the first module of the Program, there were issues from the field of: Knowledge Management, Risk Management, Managing People in Organizations, Management by Objectives and The Use of IT in the Public Sector were discussed.
